One stop yacht service
We will supervise and manage tasks in an agreed schedule to ensure work and responsibilities are clearly outlined.
The schedule is to be in accordance with standards expected by both the client and All Points Marine and priority is to be given to work which will ensure the safe operation of the vessel at all times.
Yacht management schedule for a complete maintenance and management service includes the following standard tasks.
Whilst this task list is comprehensive it is not limited to these tasks and additional routine checks may be included depending on the owner’s preference.
Maintance services
Weekly
- Open boat to air
- Inspect bilge areas
- General inspection of boat’s interior
- Check battery charging for correct function
- Battery maintenance to include use of AC chargers
- Check moorings & shore connections for security
- Check sea-cocks for leaks
- Check covers and awnings for security
- Operate air conditioning for 1 hour
Bi Monthly
- Freshwater wash hull and topsides and decks
- Stainless steel polish
- Check main engine coolant and oil levels
- Run main engine for 1 hour & check gauges
- Check generator coolant and oil levels
- Run generator & check gauges
- Run fresh water system
- Run water-maker – flush
- Flush heads
- Interior Clean Monthly
Monthly
- Check condition of sea water strainers
- Check all internal and external lighting
- Reports to owner via email
Overview
A schedule will be provided as familiarity with the vessel’s maintenance requirements develops and our schedules can be amended as required. In summary the services are as follows:
- Create a task list to provide All Points Marine staff, yacht crew and owners with a maintenance schedule
- Supervise work on board and ensure standards are maintained
- Manage accounting tasks relates to the maintenance of the vessel
- Provide regular updates to the client to all known issues, problems or concerns
Bespoke Yacht Management
In addition to our suggested package tasks for the ongoing maintenance of your yacht we are also able to create custom packages to suit your needs. We understand that every owner has different requirements of a yacht management company and that every boat requires a different number of set tasks. This may depend on the complexities and existing maintenance procedures onboard. Options include:
- Hull Compound Polish & Wax
- Diver to clean propeller and underwater sections
- Use of Teak Cleaner & brightener
- Laundry services
- Running and engine weekly only
- Providing exterior cleaning services for small runabouts and day sailors
- Crew pay role, supervision and management
- Airing a yacht to reduce heat and stale airs
- Checks to mooring lines and reports on condition to owner
